As more people and pages are sharing more content, we need to keep improving News Feed to get this balance right. We get a lot of feedback from people and recently started asking people to rate their personal News Feeds to tell us how we can improve.
If, after the review, it is clear that things have changed that affect the detail within the care plan, then the local authority will conduct a revision of the plan.

We dug further into the data to better understand this feedback.
What we discovered is that a lot of the content people see as too promotional is posts from Pages they like, rather than ads.
